Where wild animals are not enemies
Nordic-inspired art exploring the quiet bond between humans and nature.
A different story about the wild
We have all heard them before - the children's stories about the beasts lurking in the forest. The danger they pose. Cunning and unpredictable. Something to despise and overrule.
What if that story is incomplete?
My work explores the space between our prejudices and an alternative truth. A world where the beast is not attacking but watches over us. A world that is connected. A world where we are still in touch with our spirit child.

Before We Named Them - Series
A series exploring the distance between what we see—and what we have been taught to see.
This Scandinavian wildlife artwork questions the idea of wild animals as enemies. What do we see, and what have we been taught to see?
A timeless piece of Nordic wall art for those drawn to woodland animals, forest interiors, and Scandinavian decor.
Available as fine art print, canvas and original painting.
About the Artist
Grown up in a small village in northern Sweden, surrounded by forests, in a place where animals often felt more present than people.
Through quiet, atmospheric scenes, I question the idea of wild animals as something to fear, and instead reflect on the possibility of coexistence.
